Juan Diaz Rivera

He has been involved in many defining projects throughout his career and is a third generation real estate developers spanning three generations in Baja. He was integral in conceiving and developing such esteemed projects as what is now the Waldorf Astoria Cabo, 1 Homes Preview in Cabo, and The Mountain Club; and led the Pedregal Group of companies for more than 14 years.

Despite his professional successes, Juan’s path to personal growth was forged through a deeply transformative journey. After hitting a low point with depression and a near marriage failure, he dove into self-discovery alongside his wife of 24 years, Leslie, undertaking extensive healing work that reshaped every aspect of his life—from his relationships with friends and family to his approach to real estate development.

Certified in Soul Care Coaching by Suzi Lula, Transcendental Meditation, and Breathwave, and with a Master’s in Conscious Parenting with Yvonne Laborde, Juan is focused on developing Casa Damara and on guiding other fathers on their journeys of self-exploration and growth. His approach is grounded in the belief that his role is not to provide answers, but to foster a college of groundbreaking professionals in the healing world to support men and parents.
