An Artigas-designed home at Casa Damara

homes

The walls, the roof, the floor–everything in your home is holding you.

sovereign living

Off-grid by design. We live in cooperative sovereignty: together, yet completely independent of municipal systems.

Electricity

Each home runs on its own solar array and lithium battery bank, quietly powering a full modern life with the sun.

Water

Beyond the abundant farm water that feeds our fields, every home has its own independent source, filtered and mineralized exactly as you choose.

Sewer

Private bio-digesters treat all gray and black water on-site, returning clean water to irrigate fruit trees or recharge the aquifer — nothing wasted, everything returned as a blessing.

Conceived and curated by award-winning designers and architects, each home design prioritizes health, harmony, and interconnection. As a cocreator, you are invited to select from six thoughtful designs and a plot of your choosing.

the land

Agrihood Design Collaborative

Led by Luc Menzies, the Agrihood Design Collaborative (ADC) shaped Casa Damara's land plan — the master plan, the biodynamic farm, the gardens, and the water, designed as a single living system. Since 2010 ADC has co-created regenerative communities where homes give back more than they take, and degraded land is returned to abundance.
