LESLIE L. BOST
Cofounder, Spiritual Director, and Community Builder
Leslie is rooted in her devotion to reparenting work and the lifelong journey toward unconditional love.
Her passion for this work was forged through lived experience. Leslie’s story includes trauma, abandonment, adoption, eating disorders, depression, miscarriages, complicated pregnancies, NICU journeys, and the pressures these challenges place on relationships and parenting.
These initiations opened the doorway to her own reparenting, learning to tend to her inner child with presence, compassion, and truth. Through this process, she discovered that when we heal the relationship within, our transformation ripples outward into our partnerships, our communities, our work, and most powerfully, into our children.
Leslie immersed herself in study with mentors, teachers, and in embodied, spiritual practice within multiple Coaching & Psychology methodologies like Dr. Shefali, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr, Ricci-Jane Adams, and is also deeply rooted in Sri Vidya lineage. Over time, these teachings evolved into her own integrated methodology that she shares via retreats, mentorship, pilgrimages, and circles with families and coaches around the world.
A central thread in Leslie’s work is community. Beyond her studies, her life’s calling has been to build safe, loving sanghas, where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her global accountability group for The Presence Process and her Re-parenting retreats for women & parents and Magdalene pilgrimages, are expressions of this devotion, which gather people from around the world into shared practice, honest reflection, and collective growth.
Her work rests on a simple truth: when we reparent ourselves, we transform our lineage. When that healing is nurtured in community, we create homes, circles, and worlds where families, children, and individuals thrive and expand in love and presence.
